内容简介:

Bob Aubrey has written a remarkable book. It is remarkable because, in this day and age of corporate performance, Aubrey has taken a step back to look first at the employee - not just as a cog in the corporate wheel, but as an enterprise in and of itself. Some corporate leaders may question the wisdom of putting the employee in front of the company. But that is a short-sighted view. Employees "are" the company. If they are already doing well with the firm, so be it. If they can use development, that is fine too. And, perhaps controversially, if they are not doing well and are better off somewhere else, then the firm is well served to help them achieve their dream elsewhere. That is not counter-productive. It is good business. It pays off in good will both inside and outside of the firm.
